COVID-19 Alternative Support Hours & Information
Cal Student Central (CSC) is offering online and phone advising for billing and payment, financial aid, and registrar inquiries.
- For online advising, create a case online at any time. CSC is responding to all cases within 5–7 business days. Response times may increase as we approach the start of the semester.
- For phone service, contact us at 510-664-9181 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Use the online tools in CalCentral to sign up for direct deposit, apply for emergency loans, and request transcripts and enrollment verifications. Cost of Attendance Adjustment requests are available on the financial aid website.
EMERGENCY LOANS ARE AVAILABLE: Apply for an emergency loan via CalCentral and select the EFT option to have funds deposited into your bank account within 3–5 business days.
